§ MR. HAROLD COX (Preston)To ask the Secretary of State for India whether, in view of the repeated allegations regarding the unequal distribution of State patronage between the different communities of India, he will call for a comparative return of officers in the service of the State in the gazetted and non-gazetted appointments above the menial grades in the two provinces of Bengal, in the Punjaub, Sind, and the Madras Presidency.
