§ MR. ARTHUR HENDERSON (Durham, Barnard Castle)I beg to ask the Prime Minister whether, having regard to the rejection of the Plural Voting Bill in another place, the Government will introduce at an early date a measure to include one man one vote, adult suffrage, and the removal of all obstacles which prevent the legislative expression of the will of the people as declared through their duly-elected representatives.
