§ MR. THOMAS O'DONNELLTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received an application for reinstatement in his former holding from W. O'Brien, of Ardcanaght, Keel, county Kerry; and, if so, what steps have been taken to arrange with the present occupant.
