CROOKS (Woolwich)I beg to ask the First Commissioner of Works a Question of which I have given him private notice, whether it is the fact that during the course of the discussion on the Merchant Shipping Act Amendment Bill last night, attendants of the House of Lords had to remove one of the Members who was obviously intoxicated, and that another Member who took part in the debate was suffering from indulgence in drink.
