BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners inform me that they have twice 355 written to Mr. Pakenham inquiring whether he was prepared to sell his untenanted land in County Westmeath, but they have not yet received a reply from him. The Commissioners have now addressed a further communication to him on the subject.
