§ MR. BOLANDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware of the necessity, in the interest of the fishing industry, for the construction of a suitable pier at Ballinskelligs, county Kerry; and whether he proposes to give effect to the requests frequently put forward on this subject by the fishermen of the district.
MR. BRYCEThe Congested Districts Board have considered this matter, and have decided that, in view of the very large expenditure which would be necessary, they are unable with the funds at their disposal to undertake the construction of a pier at Ballinskelligs.
