HAZEL (West Bromwich)I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will consider the advisability of proposing a substantial tax on all holders of hereditary titles, to be graduated according to the rank of such holders, together with a surtax on all those holders of such titles who receive a writ of summons to Parliament.
