HERBERT ROBERTS (Denbighshire, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether representations have been made to the Government of Bengal and other provincial Governments in favour of the inclusion of temperance in the curriculum of schools; and whether he can state what reply has been given to these representations.
