§ MR. THOMAS F. SMYTHI beg to ask the Postmaster-General if he has received a memorial from the inhabitants of the district of Eslin Bridge, in the county of Leitrim, asking for a daily delivery of letters instead of a three-day delivery, as at present; and, if so, will he say what action he proposes to take in the matter.
§ MR. SYDNEY BUXTONI have not yet received the memorial referred to. I will, however, make inquiry on the subject and acquaint the hon. Member with the result.
