§ SIR WALTER FOSTER (Derbyshire, Ilkeston)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he has considered the advisability of introducing a Bill to deal with the registration of still-born children; and, if so, whether he can deal with the subject of death certification generally or partially, in accordance with the recommendations of the Select Committee of 1893.
