VICTOR CAVENDISH (Derbyshire, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether, as in other cases not falling under the provision of the Order in Council, the Treasury have made any, and if so, what conditions as to the age at which Sir James Woodhouse will undertake to retire from the office of Railway Commissioner.
§ MR. MCKENNANo conditions have been made as to the age at which the holder should retire. I may add that no pension attaches to the office.
