§ Sir H. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANNo opportunity for giving twelve months notice of withdrawal from the Brussels Sugar Convention will arise until next autumn. In these circumstances I have nothing to add to the declaration made by His Majesty's Government during the debate on this question.
