HC Deb 05 December 1906 vol 166 c927
MR. BOTTOMLEY (Hackney, S.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether he will consider the possibility of establishing a morning delivery and evening dispatch of letters for London on Sundays.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) The existing postal arrangements in London are, I believe, satisfactory to the large majority of the residents, and I am strongly opposed to the establishment of services which would materially increase the amount of Sunday labour.
