§ MR. BRAMSDON (Portsmouth)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in view of the fact that a court-martial room exists in the newly-built Royal Naval Barracks at Portsmouth, he will state the reason why such room is not utilised for the purpose for which it was erected.
