To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department the number of deaths the causes of which were not certified in each of the years from 1902 to 1905.

(Answered by Secretary Gladstone.) The numbers are as follows:—In 1902, 9,654; in 1903, 8,721; in 1904, 8,882; and in 1905, 8,446.
