§ MAJOR ANSTRUTHER-GRAY (St. Andrews Burghs)At the same time may I ask the Secretary for Scotland in view of the Report of the Departmental Committee, what steps he intends to take with regard to housing the Royal Society in Edinburgh; and what sum of money the Treasury has arranged to grant.
§ MR. SINCLAIRNegotiations with a view to housing the Royal Society in a suitable way are now in progress, and I hope to be in a position to make a full statement upon the Committee stage of the Bill.
