§ MR. KENDAL O'BRIENTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say what steps the Estates Commissioners have taken to reinstate William Maher, of Ballycahill, Thurles, county Tipperary, in his holding, evicted tenant on the property of Dr. Lambe Atthall; whether an inspector of the Estates Commissioners has yet made any inspection of it; and, if so, with what result.
(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estate Commissioners inform me that they have not received an application for reinstatement from William Maher, and have, therefore, taken no steps in the matter.
