§ MR. VINCENT KENNEDYTo ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland if he will state the names of the different drainage boards in Ireland, saying when, and how they were constituted, and whence they derive their powers.

I understand that there are 121 drainage districts constituted under the Act 5 and 6 Vic, c. 89, and amending Acts, and 63 districts constituted under the Act 20 and 27 Vic, c. 88. To give their names and dates would exceed the limits of an Answer to a Question; but the honourable Member will find them, as regards the first class, in the Report of the Commissioners of Public Works for 1863–4; and, as regards the second, in their Report for 1904–5.
