SLOAN (Belfast, S.)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is aware that the revenues of the Church of England in Natal have been locked up for years, unable to be used by the curators because there is no Bishop of Natal; and whether, in view of the refusal of the Archbishop of Canterbury to consecrate a bishop, he proposes to take any action in the matter.
