HC Deb 03 August 1906 vol 162 c1584
MR. FETHERSTONHAUGH (Fermanagh, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, pending the passing of the Judicature (Ireland) Bill, at present before the House, it is intended to appoint a new Judge in Ireland to fill up the vacancy at present existing; if so, is it intended to do so before the commencement of the autumn session of the House.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) I have not been able to devote time to the consideration of the subject and have no statement, to make regarding it.
