WEIRTo ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he is aware that on August 2nd, 1905, the Lewis District Committee issued an order requiring, crofters and others who house cattle in their dwellings to separate the cattle from the living rooms by a substantial partition wall; and will he state in how many instances effect has been given to the order.
