BRYCEasked leave to explain to the House, in view of the anticipation he had hold out that the correspondence between Irish Government and the Intermediate Board of Education would be laid in a few days, that he had received a letter from the Secretary to the Board stating that as the members wore scattered all over the country it would not be possible to hold a meeting to draft a reply to his last letter; and the correspondence therefore would not be ready for some time. There was every desire on the part of the Government to publish the correspondence at the earliest possible moment consistent with fairness to the Board
