MORTONI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether he has received from the town clerk of Dunblane a list of offences, that are committed in Dunblane, and of which frequent complaint has been made to the Scottish Office that they are not being dealt with, and if he has had frequent letters and copies of correspondence submitted to him on the want of the services of the police for the Dunblane Police Court; and whether he proposes to take any action in the matter.
