MR..SLOANTo ask the Postmaster-General if his attention has been directed to complaints made by the telegraph staff at the Belfast office regarding a smoke nuisance for which the proprietors of the Grand Central Hotel are responsible; and whether, seeing that assurances given by the hotel people that the nuisance 1332 would be abated have been totally disregarded, will he say what steps it is-proposed to take in the matter.
