FETHERSTONHAUGH (Fermanagh, N.)I beg to ask the Undersecretary of State for the Colonies whether he is yet in a position to state whether the republication of the Repatriation Ordinance has been any more successful than the original publication in inducing the Chinese coolies in the Transvaal to realise that they wish to be sent back to China; what was the date of the republication; and has the Government no information, by telegram or otherwise, as to the number of coolies who have since required to be repatriated.
