MITCHELL-THOMSON (Lanarkshire, N.W.)To ask the Postmaster-General whether he has received representations with regard to the inconvenience of the postal arrangements in parts of Tollcross; and whether he will endeavour to give such increased 1036 facilities that it may be possible to reply to English letters on the day of receipt.
