§ MR. DOLANI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that under existing conditions it is impossible for future tenants in Ireland to avail of the Land Courts to have a fair rent fixed; and whether, in view of the fact that 1061 many of them are paying rents 100 per cent, in excess of the values of their holdings, he will take steps to have the alleged grievances of future tenants remedied.
MR. BRYCEI beg to refer to my reply to the Question of the hon. Member for South Leitrim on April 3rd, † in which I stated that I was not prepared, in reply to a Question, to discuss the possibility of legislation in regard to future tenants.
