Member for Mid-Derby, as Chairman of the Kitchen Committee of the House of Commons, in view of the late sittings of the House during the past few weeks, whether he will state how many staff's of waiters there are for the dining rooms, the number of hours they work, their starting time, and rate of pay; and whether any, and, if so, how many receive any payment when Parliament is not sitting.
