Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of the Petitions for the following Bills, the Standing Orders have not been complied with, viz.:—;Crellin's Patents Bill [Lords]; Ritz Hotel, Limited, Bill [Lords].

Ordered, That the Reports be referred to the Select Committee on Standing Orders.

Local Government (Ireland) Provisional Orders (No. 1) Bill, "to confirm certain Provisional Orders of the Local Government Board for Ireland relating to the Urban District of Sligo and the Counties of Kildare and Limerick," presented by Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland; supported by Mr. Bryce; read the first time; and referred to the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, and to be printed. North Berwick Corporation Order Confirmation Bill, "to confirm a Provisional Order under The Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, relating to North Berwick Corporation," presented by Mr. Sinclair, and ordered (under Section 7 of the Act), to be considered upon Wednesday.
