Rider Haggard's Report on the Salvation Army's Agricultural Colonies in Canada, the United States, and at Hadleigh, in Essex, will be printed.
§ MR. CHURCHILLI have reason to believe that the Report in question will very shortly be presented to the Secretary of State. It will be thereupon laid before Parliament.
