To ask the Secretary of State for War what Army Votes were closured without discussion in 1903, 1904, and 1905, respectively.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) The information is as follows:—;1903, 3 Votes, viz., 11, 12, and Ordnance Factories. (A discussion arose on the Report of the resolution taking these Votes en bloc.) 1904, 13 Votes, viz., 2 to 8, 11, 12, 14 to 16, and Ordnance Factories. 1905, 14 Votes, viz., 2, 3, 4, 6 to 12, 15 to 16, and Ordnance Factories.
