FERENS (Hull, E.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether orphan homes, having schools, will be able, in case the Education Bill becomes law, to retain the management of the schools, as at present, under Government inspection; and will they be entitled to receive Government grants as heretofore.
§ MR. BIRRELLI must refer the hon. Member to Section 38 of the Education Bill; the effect of which will be (if it becomes law, to leave the position of those schools much as before.
