BOLAND (Kerry, S.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received the application for reinstatement of Patrick O' Neill, of Inchaclough, near Cahirciveen, whose landlord is Mr. Lionel Hewson; whether he is aware that the landlord is willing to reinstate; and whether the Estates Commissioners will intervene in the matter and inquire whether the present occupier of the holding is willing to accept compensation.
