HC Deb 25 May 1905 vol 146 c1378
MR. JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether he has made inquiries into the action of the surveyor in ordering special returns to be made out dealing with the work at the Coleraine Post Office; whether he can state the result of his inquiries; and whether he can give the reason for altering the returns.

(Answered by Lord Stanley.) No, Sir. I have not made any inquiries, as I consider the matter should be left to the discretion of the surveyor.
