§ MR. BOLANDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the toe of the slip at Boatcove, Glen, county Kerry, is still unfinished, and whether steps will be taken by the Congested Districts Board to complete this work without delay; and will the Board supply the hon. Member for South Kerry with a detailed specification of the proposed breakwater at the Glen, together with their estimated cost of erection.
§ MR. WALTER LONGThe Board have expended £361 on this boat slip, and they are doubtful whether the small advantage to be gained by lengthening it would justify any additional expenditure. They will, however, have a further inspection made when opportunity offers. It was never the Board's intention to construct a breakwater at this place.
