To ask the Secretary to the Treasury, in connection with the recent establishment of the Irish Portal Veterinary Service, which was not proposed to have retrospective effect, whether he can state if the Treasury intend to accede to the request of the inspectors and of the Department of Agriculture that back service with increased pay should be granted.
