MACVEAGH (Down, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state what is the intention of, and what object is served by, issuing periodical Parliamentary Returns of Agrarian Offences in Ireland; and whether, in view of the fact that no such Return is issued for England, Scotland, or Wales, he will take steps to discontinue it.
