§ MR. CORRIE GRANT (Warwickshire, Rugby)asked if the Postmaster-General was prepared to accept his Amendment to the Motion regarding the National Telephone Agreement Committee with a view to enabling the Committee to inquire how far the interests of the National Telephone Company's employees were safeguarded.
LORD STANLEYI have always said I wished these employees to have an opportunity of expressing their views before the Committee, and I was under 753 the belief that the reference would enable that to be done, but as there appears to be some doubt on the subject, I have no hesitation in accepting the Amendment.
