CULLINAN (Tipperary, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that negotiations have been in progress for six months between the Estates Commissioners and Count Moore for the purchase of the evicted farm of the late Mr. Matthew Mooney, at Kilross, near Tipperary; and that two inspections have been made; and if he will state whether the Commissioners have as yet completed the purchase; and, if not, what is the cause of the delay.
