JOYCEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will have inquiries made as to the cause of the delay in the delivery of a consignment of five cwts. of butter, sent from Limerick on May the 9th to John Thomas, Taffs Well, viâ Cardiff, and not delivered up to Saturday the 13th; and will he say what steps he intends to take to deal with such cases of railway neglect.
