FARRELLI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether, with a view to the formation of a drainage board for the district flooded by the River Riffey, he will direct the Secretary of the Board of Works at Dublin to forward the necessary documents for the signature of the inhabitants to Mr. Thomas Cuningham, Cam, Edgeworthstown.
