FARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland to explain the delay in the issuing of vesting orders to the tenants on the Maconochy Estate, county Longford; and whether he can indicate when the turbary trustees will be empowered to deal with the 1,300 acres of mountain and bog on this property.
