FAREELLTo ask the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that dissatisfaction exists amongst the men of the Army Service Corps stationed at Longford in consequence of the manner in which an officer treats the men; and whether he will undertake to convey to this officer that excess of disciplinary zeal of this kind is not desirable.
§ (Answered by Mr. Secretary Arnold-Forster.) Diciplinary questions of this nature rest entirely within the discretion of the local military authorities, with which I am not prepared to interfere.
