HC Deb 15 May 1905 vol 146 c272
MR. LONSDALE (Armagh, Mid)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what is the reason of the delay in paying to the teacher of the Armagh M. N. School, Roll No. 101, his salary for the quarter ending the 31st March, notwithstanding that his quarterly return and salary claim were forwarded to the Education Office on 1st April.

(Answered by Mr. Walter Long.) The senior inspector has been directed to inquire into a charge which has been preferred against this teacher, and, pending the receipt of the inspector's report, payment of salary has been withheld.
