LOUIS SINCLAIR (Essex, Romford)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can say when he will be able to lay before the House the proposals of the Government in regard to improving the status of the Local Government Board and the Board of Trade, and the creation of a Ministry of Commerce, as promised in His Majesty's Speech from the Throne.
