§ MR. MCFADDEN (Donegal, E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what is the cause of delay in the delivery of judgment in the appeals in the land cases from county 181 Donegal, heard at Strabane on the 8th February last.
