That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to authorise the construction of new railways and works and the acquisition of lands by the Great Central Railway Company in connection with their undertaking; the acquisition of additional lands and the execution of works by the Cheshire Lines Committee and the Manchester, South Junction, and Altrincham Railway Company respectively in connection with their respective undertakings; the acquisition by the Great Central Railway Company of the undertakings of the Wigan Junction Railways Company and the Liverpool, St. Helen's, and South Lancashire Rail way Company; the incorporation of a Joint Committee of the Great Central and London and North Western Railway Companies; and for other purposes."
