§ MR. LAMBERTI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Government intend to found legislation upon their Redistribution Resolution which will change the areas of any constituencies within the present year.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI have already told the House that the Government will proceed by Resolution, and when that Resolution comes on I shall be able, on being asked, to give the hon. Gentleman further details.
