§ SIR THOMAS DEWAR (Tower Hamlets, St. George's)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, with a view to physical development in the Army and the temporary reappointment of the inspector of gymnasia, has he yet made any definite appointment to this position; and, if so, will the curriculum be arranged in accordance with the most modern methods of instruction.
