To ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether the Law Officers of the Crown in Ireland have given any legal advice to the Estates Commissioners in regard to the administration of the Purchase of Land (Ireland) Act, 1903.

(Answered by Mr. Atkinson.) No, Sir. The Law Officers of the Crown in Ireland give their legal advice to the Lord-Lieutenant and Chief Secretary on all such questions as may be referred to them, but they do not advise and have not advised the Estates Commissioners.
